Most products featured in our Online Shopping Store at www.ledeb.biz are available for wholesale purchases to stores, catalogues, event planners, private label and internet store sites.
To Become an Authorized le D.E.B. Reseller:
1. A Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate Form and Electronic Commerce User Agreement Form is required to sell our products.
2. Basic Terms and Conditions for our Wholesale Purchasers - Payment Terms - We accept Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard3. Delivery - Contingent upon product availability and payment, items that are In Stock will be shipped from our warehouse within (2-3) Business Days. Items Out Of Stock may take up to (8-12) weeks. Please allow an additional (2-7) business days for shipping. If you have any questions on availability of any products, especially larger quantities, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
4. You must also agree to purchase at least $200.00 (USD) in merchandise in the initial order and a minimum $100.00 to for re-orders. Subsequently, you must also agree to purchase at least $500.00 (USD) each calendar year thereafter. We reserve the right to approve, reject or discontinue any application or request in becoming an Authorized Reseller or for an established Authorized Reseller at anytime, with or without cause.
