In addition to being our model and one of leDEB's fans, Claire Hardy is also a fine art painter. She paints impressionistic florals, still lifes and landscapes and is one of Classic & Chic's favorites having several of her paintings displayed in our offices and homes. Largely self-taught, she studied painting and sculpture at the Art Institute of Florence, Italy. Claire paints daily from life using each painting as an experiment. The rich buttery feel of oil colors continues to inspire her. She exhibits paintings in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her current work may be viewed at www.clairehardy.com.
